Huge crowd enjoys Magdalane House’s cosmopolitan Christmas nativity offering

More than 200 people were enchanted by Magdalene House Preparatory School’s nativity play.

The show was a mixture of traditional Christmas carols and offerings from more far flung continents, including China, Australia and the USA.

Director of music at Magdalene House Marie Cunningham said: “The play was a real mixture of old and new and a celebration from children around the world.

“All of our infant pupils have captured the spirit of Christmas through song and dance, and it really was a magical journey.”
