A MANHUNT is under way after the biker involved in this crash with a car in Station Road, March, on Saturday, ran away from the scene leaving his shattered bike in the road.Police are appealing for help from witnesses and a spokesman said: "Nobody was injured in the collision at about 1pm between a purple Yamaha bike and a black Daewoo Lacetti."The motorbike rider fled the scene before police arrived. He is a white man about 30 years old, 6ft tall with dark curly hair and wearing grey track suit bottoms with a white stripe, a dark hooded top and white trainers."The driver of the car involved in the accident at the Alpha Street/Station Road junction, was a March woman who is not being named by police.CONTACT: Police on 0845 456 4564 or CrimeStoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.Picture: BRIAN PURDY 3865
