Jordan Shepherd, 23, of Mayfly Close, Chatteris and Ashley White, 20, of West End, Brampton will appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (June 13). White has also been charged with possession of cannabis.

A man in his late teens from Huntingdon who was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder has released on bail until 10 July.

The body of Mr Mechelewski was found by a member of the public at about 1pm on February 1 in a wooded area of Hinchingbrooke Country Park.

A post mortem revealed that Mr Mechelewski died as a result of a stab wound.

After his death Mr Mechelewski’s mother Grace Groom, said her son was “a very gentle child, very quiet”.

“He was never the leader, was always the follower - when his brother said let’s climb the apple tree, Sam would follow,” she said.

“He was very loving, just like anybody else’s little boy.”
