I AM really incensed with the comments of Jim McDonald in last week’s edition, regarding Fenland District Council’s possible implementation of the �75 fine for allowing your dog to go into the park without a lead which I agree with wholeheartedly.
How irresponsible. Who stops the young child from screaming who is scared of his dog? Who stops the dog attacking another dog before he has chance to get to it?
Last but not least, who is going to pay for his mini-referendum, i.e. paying for the paper, designing the leaflet, paying someone to leaflet drop, collating the answers, announcing the winners and advertising the answers?
Does he live in ga ga land?
