A MARCH hair and beauty team raised money for breast cancer - and took the chance to show off their refurbished salon - all at the same time.
Some of the staff at Sublime, the new name for the Jelly Babes salon in Robingoodfellow's Lane, dressed in pink with others choosing to go for a Halloween look on Wednesday.
Jess Colella, salon manageress, said: "We think we have raised about £80, which is the most money we raised from a fund-raising event."
It was the first chance staff had to hold a pink day since the shop reopened last Wednesday, after a 10-day refurbishment. The shop name has been changed to Sublime as part of the revamp, to mirror a new lime colour scheme inside.
