CRAZYCATS, the Chatteris-based performing arts group, will soon be offering groups for performers in two age groups.
From Thursday, February 23, the first group will meet from 5.15-6.15pm and cater for seven to 11 year olds. The second group, to meet from 6.30-7.45pm is for 12 to 16 year olds. The groups will meet in the new drama studio at Cromwell Community College.
Formed in 2002 as an offshoot from Chatteris Amateur Theatrical Society (CATS), the group aims to build bonds with the community through music, dance and drama.
Kate Johnson says having two groups will enable all youngsters to have the appropriate teaching.
She says projects will include a community awareness project and the youngsters will also continue to entertain senior members of the community.
