POLICE are continuing their efforts to help trace a missing teenager from Cambridgeshire who disappeared a fortnight ago.

Leaflets appealing for help to trace missing teenager Theo Kawalla, last seen on CCTV in Peterborough in the early hours of February 19, will be handed out at today’s Peterborough United match.

Two thousand copies will be given to Posh fans at London Road before their clash with Exeter City as the hunt to find the popular teen continues.

Police have also released details of four people they believe may be able to assist in the search for the missing teenager.

The 16-year-old was last seen on CCTV walking past Multi York in Lower Bridge Street. He had been dropped off in Peterborough city centre at around 7.30pm by his father to spend the evening with his friends but was reported missing on Sunday.

Officers are keen to speak to four people who were spotted on CCTV at around the same time in the hope they can help in tracing the route Theo may have taken.

They include two cyclists who were seen to ride from outside the Beehive pub, past ASDA and through Hills Passage. Both men were riding mountain bikes.

One is described as wearing a dark jacket with a grey hood and was carrying a small rucksack. The other man had fair hair and was carrying a large blue rucksack.

The other people police want to speak to are a man and woman who were seen outside Charters pub. The woman was large build, in her early 20s, about 5’4”, with dark shoulder length hair. She was wearing a beige top, black leggings and a denim skirt.

The man was in his early 20s, 5’8”, slim with short hair. He was wearing blue jeans and a white top.

Insp Mat Newman said: “We know from CCTV that Theo walked past a number of people as he made his way out of the city centre.

“Although some people have come forward there are still a number of people who we know were in the area and we would like to speak to them.

“CCTV clearly shows Theo walking towards Multi York and we are keen to confirm the route he took after that point.

“These four people may be able to tell us where Theo went after this.”

“We are still keen to hear from anyone who has any information about Theos whereabouts.

“Any information, no matter how small, could prove key in tracing him.”

Theo is white, slim, 6’1” with dark brown short hair. He was wearing blue jeans, a black shiny jacket, red and white check shirt and black trainers.
