THE monthly meeting of the Royal British Legion Women s Section was held at the Legion headquarters. Chairman Ann Coomber opened the meeting with the exhortation. Winner of the competition for something blue were Joy Gravett, Chele Knott and Kay Larham.

Chairman Ann Coomber opened the meeting with the exhortation. Winner of the competition for 'something blue' were Joy Gravett, Chele Knott and Kay Larham. Refreshments were served by Ann Coomber and Janet Anderson. A draw was held for branch funds. In place of next month's meeting, members will meet at the King William pub for a meal.
