My difficulty lies in the point he makes concerning alcohol, which is already legal.
If, as he states, alcohol is related to a lot of crimes, including murder, assault and rape does he not wonder if the consequences might not be similar in relation to cannabis.
I suspect any money from taxes would be swallowed up in funding mental and physical care for users and abusers, as we see in our accident and emergency services dealing with the effects of alcohol abuse every week.
