Why has government deregulated the energy industry to self regulate like the banks did?
Why did they revoke the four tariff only rule so they can make up as many different tariffs as they like to confuse consumers, and why did they deregulate energy firms from having to declare their cheapest tariffs on comparison web sites just to make it more complicated for consumers to obtain the best deal, it’s just like the car insurance industry with comparison websites or direct deals over the telephone with the insurance company itself, consumers are being deceived and ripped off with our governments permission.
