As chairman of the March Summer Festival committee, I’d like to thank everyone involved in making this year’s event a success.
In particular I should mention the Committee who put in many hours of work planning and organising this event as did the Lions to ensure the gala on Saturday went smoothly.
I would also like to thank the enthusiastic participants, the sponsors who help to maintain the festival as a free event, the volunteers who helped out in various capacities over the weekend itself and of course all those who came to the event over the three days.
