LETTER: Town hits festive lights jackpot

Once again March hits the jackpot with its Christmas lights, but this would not be possible without the following people.

The team that repair, assemble and erect the lights in all weathers. The March Air Training Corps, the town clerk and councillors and other volunteers, March Lions for the Father Christmas sleigh, Rotary, the music by In the Modd, compered by John Whitehead, Nicky Moody from Facet who turned the lights on, St John Ambulance, the Middle Level Watermens Club for the five illuminated narrow boats and the people of March for attending the switch-on and the wonderful weather.

On behalf of the lights committee, thank-you, thank-you, thank-you.
