Drivers are being warned to make sure their windscreens are de-frosted before they hit the road.

The warning comes after Cambs Police stopped a driver this morning who was endangering himself and others by getting on the road despite having a blocked windscreen.

The warning, posted by Fencops on Twitter, said: “It’s been icy overnight. De-frost your window screen before you drive! You’ll cause a road traffic collision if you don’t de-frost.”
