A man was arrested for carrying an offensive weapon in the Fenland Walk area in March town centre last night (August 22).
The weapon was found to have nails and screws chained to it.
A police spokesman said: “From inquiries at the scene, one male was arrested for carrying an offensive weapon and taken to the Police Investigation Centre at King’s Lynn to explain why he had this.
“Inquiries continue this morning.”
