A MAN broke his leg after falling through a ceiling and down some stairs at a house in Chatteris.
The 25-year-old fell from a loft in the home in West Street, at about 4pm on Sunday, to the ground below.
The man, who is thought to have suffered a broken femur in the fall, was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, by land ambulance. His condition on arrival was described as “serious but stable”.
A Magpas doctor and volunteer paramedic also attended the incident.
