A hit and run driver knocked down a male pedestrian in Whittlesey.
Police say the man has serious but not life threatening injuries following the incident at about 10.50pm on Tuesday (23).
Emergency services attended the scene in West Street.
A police spokesman said that the driver of the vehicle, a 20-year-old man from Whittlesey, has been arrested in connection with the incident.
