A man was tasered to the ground by police in an early morning arrest in March.
Officers were in sent to the area to carry out a search. When they tracked down the 24-year-old March man he was tasered to the floor in the Darthill Road area.
He was arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm, criminal damage, taking a vehicle without consent and driving while under the influence of drink and drugs.
Officers were called at about 5.15am today (Monday 21) after getting reports of a man with a firearm in New Park.
The vehicle involved was a silver Vauxhall Zafira.
