A man questioned on suspicion of attempted murder following a fire in Nene Parade, March on Wednesday night has been released on conditional bail without charge.
A woman, in her 60s, was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, following the incident which happened at around 9.22pm. Her condition is said to be critical.
Cambridgeshire Police say the man is due to return to Thorpe Wood Police Station on October 21.
