A March construction company has raised over £2,100 for the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
Staff from MJS Construction, on Wisbech Road, raised the impressive sum of £2,177 thanks to a number of fundraising events during 2016.
They included a big MJS bake-off - which saw staff bake cakes and sell them off - a Christmas jumper day, a raffle and a coin collection.
Accountant Samantha Dennis, who organises the company’s fundraising efforts, said: “We usually pick a local company to raise money for and you never know when you’re going to need the East Anglian Air Ambulance.”
A cheque was presented to Chris Donaldson of EAAA on March 10.
