In support of National Walk to School Week the 2nd March Saxons decided to go on a hike in the evening sunshine.
Fourteen cubs and one dog set off from All Saints School and made their way to Maple Grove, Westwood School and then to West End park where a well earned drinks break and play on the equipment was enjoyed.
Then it was off to Burrowmoor and finally down Upwell Road to Cavalry School where the cubs were met by the parents.
Nicola Christy said: “All cubs enjoyed being out and about in the nice weather and Rosebud the dog enjoyed having a long walk with lots of friends.”
