March Lions showed that they are kings of generosity by donating £100 to March Boxing Club.

The club, on Century Way, has received donations from the Lions previously, and Lion Trevor Stockbridge was delighted to lend a financial hand once again.

He said: “The boxing club provides a very worthwhile opportunity – not only to teach boxing skills but also the discipline required to carry it out.”

The Lions Club of March was founded in 1976, and aims to help the less fortunate within the March area.
