A man who threatened people with a hammer in Park Road, Manea yesterday has been charged with assault and threatening behaviour.
Police were called to the area at 3.10pm and arrested a 26-year-old March man who was also believed to be in possession of a knife.
He was released on bail to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on September 7.
