A March man charged with making an explosive device and possession of an explosive device has pleaded not guilty.

Tris Jackson has had his case adjourned to April 3 at Cambridge Crown Court.

The 44 year old, of Badgeney Road, remains in custody.

Jackson was charged following an early morning arrest at his home on Sunday October 8.

Involved in the operation were incident response units, ambulance, police and a fire engine, alongside bomb disposal experts.
