A man has pleaded not guilty to using threatening words and behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence.
Daniel Barnes, 30, of Collingwood Avenue, March, is alleged to have used threatening behaviour outside the Badgeney Road Co-Operative on March 7, 2014.
He appeared before Peterborough Magistrates Court on May 1 and was granted conditional bail - he must stay away from the Co-Operative on Badgeney Road.
His trial will take place at Peterborough Magistrates Court on June 18.
