A MAN accused of damaging a police car with an axe has been remanded in custody by magistrates.
David Graves is alleged to have damaged the car’s bonnet and windscreen on August 30 in March.
Graves, 34, of Estover Road, March, is also charged with offences of affray, possessing an offensive weapon, damaging a phone kiosk and sending an offensive or obscene electronic message.
Fenland magistrates declined jurisdiction over the case, and Graves is due to be committed to Cambridge Crown Court on September 29.
