The March Rotary Club has donated £1,200 - raised by its Christmas Santa’s Sleigh tour – to two different causes in the town this month.
The club first donated £600 to the Positive People Care, before giving the same amount was given to Young People March.
Positive People Care support people with mental health problems, while Young People March is a youth centre run by local volunteers.
Rotary member Robert Freeman said: “The money donated will help support the vital work carried out by volunteers at Positive People Care and the youngsters at Young People March were friendly, polite and a credit to the organisation.”
