SLIMMERS raised money for a children’s charity by completing a sponsored walk around March’s West End Park.
Members of the March Slimming World group handed over a �115 cheque to the NSPCC after they were encouraged to get walking and improve their fitness for a good cause.
“The event was very well supported, plus the benefit to the members was that we could all get out and get fit for a good cause,” organiser Helen Moore said.
