A Fenland travel team has been recognised for its exemplary customer service for the second year running.
Anglia Co-operative Travel’s March branch saw off competition from 20 other branches to be named branch of the year.
Manager Natasha Thatcher and her colleagues Jane Savage, Jo O’Neil, Kate Porter and Lisa Howe were praised for their exceptional performance, commitment, customer service and community involvement.
The branch of the year accolade was presented by Paul Dale, the retail co-operative’s specialist retail group manager.
He said: “I am really proud of Natasha and the March team – they only opened in January 2010 and to win this prestigious award two years in a row is just fantastic and clearly demonstrates the high standard of customer service and team commitment within the branch.”
