SEVENTEEN scouts from March joined youngsters from across the county to receive recognition for achieving the highest award in their sections.
Scouts, cub scouts and beaver scouts from the Second March Scout Group were presented certificates by Hugh Duberly, the Lord Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire, in front of proud parents and leaders from the movement.
Beaver scouts (Chief Scout Bronze award), Cub scouts (Chief Scout Silver award) and scouts (Chief Scout Gold award) who were presented with certificates now have the chance to progress to the next ladder of the scouting rung.
• Anyone interested in joining the movement should contact Fran McHenry on 01354 650630.
