A boxing glove signed by Roberto Duran and Sugar Ray Leonard, a Real Madrid shirt signed by David Beckham and a holiday to Malta are up for grabs at this year’s Mark Cross Charity Darts day.
The tournament and auction, which is organised by police officer Mark Cross, takes place at the GER Sports Club on Saturday, March 14.
The event, which returns for a fifth year, has raised a staggering £23,318 for the oncology department at Peterborough City Hospital, where Mr Cross received treatment for breast cancer.
Doors will open at 11.30am with draws for the competitions taking place at 1pm.
The darts events will include cricket triples, pairs (darts players playing with non-darts players) and singles.
Seven of the eight dartboards have been sponsored already. If any individual or business would like to sponsor a board (£50) or donate a prize, contact Mark on 01354 658343 or 07790 845456. Alternatively, e-mail cross.mark1@sky.com
