THE Mayor of March Bernard Keane and a host of dignitaries attended Cambridgeshire Regiment Association’s annual commemoration service in March on Sunday.
Councillor Keane was joined by representatives from March Town Council, Cambridgeshire Army Cadet Force at the St Peter’s Church service which was conducted by Rev Anthony Chandler.
Mrs Janet Anderson, a member of the association’s March branch, said: “This year’s service was very well supported particularly by the Whittlesey and Wisbech branches along with the army cadets from the March detachment.”
The Branch Standards from both the March and Whittlesey/Peterborough branches were on parade during the service.
