BARRY Diggle will be standing in the Waterlees Ward in the Fenland District Council election
A former Mayor of Wisbech, Barry has lived in this area for the past 25 years.
He is aware of local concerns and is a committee member of the community including being an active Wisbech Lions Club member and a Justice of the Peace.
Barry has 16 years experience as a councillor both on Fenland District and Wisbech Town Councils, including serving as the Chairman of Fenland District Council and as Wisbech Town Mayor.
Outside of politics, Barry is the company secretary of the Oasis Community Centre and vice-president of Fenland Mencap.
Barry will work tirelessly for the area pledging, if elected, to hold regular surgeries so that people can approach him with their concerns.
Barry said: “I will fight for a fairer deal for every local person.”
