NICKY Smith stands in Roman Bank Ward for the Liberal Democrats.
NICKY was born in Wisbech and has lived here all his life.
He has experience of running his own business and wants to use his expertise to help the community.
He strongly believes that residents’ concerns should be properly aired in Fenland Hall and that their views have not been listened to in the past.
