“Originally from Cumbria, I have lived in Fenland for eight years. Formerly a pub landlord in Coates, I now oversee building projects for Cambridge Colleges.
“Disappointed at not being able to vote green in the last election, I became a member of the Green Party to allow others in Fenland the opportunity to vote green.
“I have an interest in human rights, economic policy, non-privatisation of the NHS and nuclear alternatives.
“If elected, I would campaign against any privatisations, especially the NHS, and campaign for improved cycle paths across Fenland.
“I am concerned that the proposals for the new supermarket near Guildenburgh Water would be detrimental to Whittlesey as our closest market town.”
