VERITY Roscoe represents the Liberal Democrats in the Elm and Christchurch Ward.
A 22-YEAR-OLD brought up in Fenland. Verity is concerned that there are so few places to cycle safely to work or for pleasure.
Verity believes that if people could cycle here safely, as they can in the Netherlands, the local tourist industry would be boosted and many jobs created.
