MINI GALLERY: Hundreds flock to Peckover House flower show

A FLOWER show to celebrate the centenary of the birth of National Trust founder Octavia Hill attracted hundreds of people to Peckover House this weekend.

About 500 people visited the historic Wisbech town house to see the array of floral displays created by volunteers.

“Everyone who came along was wowed by it,” house and visitor services manager Ben Rickett said.

“The flower arrangers worked really hard and we were very happy with the result.”

The show is open until Wednesday (September 19) from 11am until 5pm on each day.
