A MOBILE home in the middle of a busy industrial estate has got to go, say Fenland planners.They have rejected a retrospective application for the mobile home - with office and a store - to stay at Unit 4 on the Norwood Industrial Estate, March. If the proposal was allowed the council would find it difficult to resist other application, says Nigel Brown, Fenland's development manager. "The cumulative effect would result in an incompatible form of development with the existing industrial/commercial environment," he says. He has warned the owners the council has "resolved to institute removal/cessation of the development. "Separate papers will follow on this matter.
