THE monthly service at Burman House on Sunday evening was the harvest festival. Residents and friends enjoyed a programme by Clive and Fiona Butcher of The King's Church at Wisbech, who were welcomed and thanked by Graham Beeken. Mr Butcher conducted the service, led prayers, read a lesson and gave a reading. Mrs Butcher sang two solos accompanied on keyboard by Mr Butcher and gave a short talk. Refreshments were served afterwards by Pauline Beeken.
