More than 200 children from various primary schools visited Cromwell Community College in Chatteris to learn about its library.
The children completed a fact filled day were they used their alphabet skills, learnt how to find books and were shown how to do research using books.
With their newly acquired skills, they researched the founder of the Library classification system on computers and produced Powerpoint slides.
The youngsters stayed for a café style lunch and then made their way back to their respective schools.
