An March estate agency has recruited two new members of staff - who are mother and daughter.

Trainee sales negotiator 23 year-old Adayna Collins from Chatteris joins the existing team alongside her mum Natasha Nowak from March, who takes on the role of administration executive.

Adayna said: “My mum has worked in estate agency all her life and I’ve always wanted to get involved in the industry so this job is perfect for me.

“When I discovered that Ellis Winters were opening in March, I contacted director Mike Ellis and asked if I could apply for a job. I was successful and now here I am, learning from some of the best people in the business and building my knowledge and confidence on a daily basis.”

Mike Ellis said: “It’s great to have a young person like Adayna on board. She’s the future talent of our industry so having the chance to show her how we work is a real pleasure.

“Natasha brings with her a wealth of experience in local estate agency so has hit the ground running which is just what we need. Both she and Adayna are proving to be real assets to the business in just a short space of time.”

The company now has three offices across the region employing 40 full and part-time staff.
