ST Mary's Mothers' Union held its annual rally at St. Mary's Church, with the Rev Jenny Webb welcoming Mothers' Union members from St Wendreda's, St John's, St Peter's, St Mary's, link members from Woodston and members from Chatteris as well as members of other Christian organisations in the town and friends.

The service, arranged by branch leader Margery Payne, followed the theme of 'Answering God's Call'.

Lessons were read by Joan Cameron, next years Mothers' Union Diocesan leader, and the Rev Webb. The Rev Peter Denton gave the address and after the service refreshments were served in the Parish Room.

The next meeting of St. Mary's Mothers Union will be on October 13 when members will attend a diocesan unit day with Reg Bailey at Haddenham
