A motorcyclist escaped with only minor injuries after colliding with a van near Wilburton this morning (Wednesday).
The incident took place at about 7.15am with the motorcyclist, a man, ending up in a ditch after colliding with the van, in Twenty Pence Road.
The East of England Ambulance Service attended and took the man to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge. His injuries were described as minor.
The road was closed by Cambridgeshire police for about 45 minutes while recovery crews cleared the road.
