A MOTORIST had to be rescued from her car by firefighters after careering into a roadside ditch on Monday.
Two fire crews from Ely and a rescue crew from Cambridge were called to Long Causeway in Coveney at about 1.40pm to find a car had left the road and ended up in a ditch.
