Back to Church Sunday takes place across the country and at St. Peter’s and St. Mary’s Churches in March, the congregation will be celebrating Harvest festivals alongside the national event.
The special day is on Sunday 28 when there will be family services at 9.15 am at St. Mary’s, Church, Westry, and at 10.45 am at St. Peter’s, High Street, March, with contributions from young people.
At 2.30 pm there will be a Harvest Songs of Praise at St. Mary’s followed by refreshments and a video of the 2014 flower festival.
The Rev Jenny Webb said: “In addition to our regular congregations, we hope to see people who have been married or had children baptised in our churches, as well as those who have not been to church for some time. Everyone is welcome to join us.”
