NENE Family Church Tydd Gote Sunday evening Praise and Worship service was led by Dave Chapman, Martin Fisher gave the message. The music team included Marion Druit, Danny and Lizzie McCauley, with Graham Lewis as sound controller. On Tuesdays at 2pm there is the Fellowship Hour and the next social group meeting will be on Tuesday July 25 at 7.30pm when The Fenland Concert Party will be entertaining with choir and other items. On Wednesdays from 10.30am-noon there is The Open House for coffee and conversation and from 1.30-3pm there is The Play n Chat for pre school age children in the chapel hall giving parents or guardians an opportunity to get together and enjoy company and refreshments. The Prayer and Bible Study is at 7.30pm. On Saturday August 19 there is a fun day at Tydd Gote Playing field starting at 11.30am. There will be a sponsored walk, a scavenger hunt, and five a side football, 1pm Bring your own picnic. At 2pm there will be silly sports, and at 4pm an auction. All proceeds will go towards Tydd Gote Playing Field. The next Family Praise and Worship service will be on Saturday at 6.00pm. Further details from Jan on 01945 420319.
