SARAH Clark (pictured) has taken over as manager of the Fenland District Council Call Centre.
She replaces Dave Long, who has moved to the council's e-government team, where he will develop further e-government initiatives designed to give local people greater access to council services and information.
The changes are part of a wider restructuring of the Contact Centre and the Fenland @ Your Service shops, designed to further improve efficiency.
Sarah was manager of the March shop. Her post has been taken by Pam Butler, the former Chatteris shop manager. Janice Taylor, the manager of the Whittlesey shop, has taken over as manager the Chatteris shop as well.
