Nominations are open for this year’s Whittlesey Citizen and Young Citizen of the Year 2015.
The award recognises people in the town who have helped in the community, undertaken charity work, fundraised or achieved outstanding results in any discipline.
Last year’s winners were scout leader Norman Flatt and young kickboxer Eddy Paddock.
To be eligible, you must live in Whittlesey, Coates, Eastrea, Turves or Pondersbridge.
To put someone forward, give details of the person’s name, address and reason for nomination and send it to

Mark the envelope Whittlesey Citizenship Award. For the young citizen award (up to the age of 16), mark it Whittlesey Young Citizen Committee.
The closing date is Friday February 27.
