I AM sure I’m not the only Whittlesey resident who is weary of queuing to and from work in Peterborough every morning and evening. With the closure of the North Bank road for 22 weeks the volume of traffic is huge and it is so frustrating having to try and race the trains as the railway barriers go up and down every few minutes at Kings Dyke. If the wash road floods too we will all come to a standstill. Is there no-one on the council who is prepared to take up the challenge and press for another road (after all the North Bank was not designed for the high volume of traffic that uses it routinely) or at least some sort of bridge over the railway. Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry, the station is too far out of town to use and doesn’t stop in Stanground, I’m not fit enough to cycle, don’t have time to walk and the bus is in the same queue as I am!
