MICHAEL Anthony Perry (Pez) died at his home in Queensway, Chatteris, on Sunday. He was 46.
Mr Perry was born in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, and later moved to St Albans were he was educated. He moved to Chatteris about 15 years ago.
He had been employed as a mechanic by Avoland at Sutton but ill health had forced him to give up work. He was also carer to his partner Lynda Bird.
Mr Perry had a lifelong interest in mechanics. In the past, he was a member of Ely and District Motorcycle Club.
Mr Perry leaves partner Lynda, parents Bill and Jean Perry, of March, and sons Kevin and Philip Perry. He was also step-father to Richard Bird, Kim Bird, Tammy Coppin and Levi Bird.
