THE owner of the Wenny Road off-licence in Chatteris denied five sex offences when he appeared in court on Tuesday.
Ersin Kale, 27, of High Street, March, faces four charges of engaging in a sex act with a girl between the age of 13 and 15, in Chatteris between June 1 and July 31 last year.
A fifth charge alleges he sexually touched a woman over the age of 16 between the same dates.
Fenland magistrates declined jurisdiction over the case, and Kale is due to be committed to Cambridge Crown Court on March 27. He is on conditional bail.
